Dr. Nizam ud Din Kamil is a scholar and legal expert specializing in Islamic and commercial laws. He holds an LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD from the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI).

Dr. Kamil has extensive academic and professional experience. From 2014 to 2019, he served as an Assistant Professor at the department of Law, IIUI, and an attorney and member of the Islamabad Bar Council. He also held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Law & Political Science and Acting Chancellor at Bakhtar University in Kabul. Additionally, he served as Legal Advisor for the Afghanistan National Water and Environmental Research Center under the Ministry of Higher Education in Kabul.

Dr. Kamil is a member of the Shariah Board of Afghan United Bank. He is fluent in Arabic, Pashto, Dari, English, and Urdu, Dr. Kamil is highly regarded for his expertise in arbitration, Islamic finance, and comparative laws.
