Dr. Fazal Ul Hadi Bashash is an accomplished academic and educator dedicated to the fields of jurisprudence and Islamic law. He has established himself as a prominent figure in legal education and research. Dr. Bashash accomplished his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees in Islamic Law and Jurisprudence from the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia, completing his PhD in 2013.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Nangarhar University in Afghanistan, Dr. Bashash plays a vital role in the Faculty of Shariah and Law. He teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, including principles of jurisprudence and Islamic banking. His extensive teaching experience also includes a position at the Islamic University of Madinah, where he imparted knowledge on the principles of jurisprudence.

Dr. Bashash is an active member of the Shariah board of Afghan United Bank, and head of the Research Committee at Nangarhar University.

Dr. Bashash has significantly contributed to the academic community by authoring several notable books and publishing numerous research papers on topics ranging from Islamic jurisprudence to modern legal challenges. His work reflects a proofund understanding of the complexities of Islamic law and its application in contemporary society, establishing him as a respected authority in his field.

Dr. Bashash is fluent in multiple languages, including Pashtu, Persian, Arabic, Urdu, and English.
