Who can avail this Facility?

• All companies having a valid business license
• Minimum 1-year business experience
• Business financial capacity (healthy financial statement of past 1 or 2 years)
• Collateral against facility (Shari’ah Qabala of immovable property)
• Accurate Business Plan
• Other credit/investment criteria

Other conditions

• Minimum contract period is 12 months (year)
• Maximum contract period is 36 months (3 year)
• No rebate chance for early settlements
• Initial deposit: 500-AFS, 50-USD/EUR/GBP, 200-AED
• Only purchasing assets and products (permissible as per Shari’ah principles)
• Profit rate between the Bank and the client is negotiable

How to start

1. Submit your request letter to our nearest branch
2. After the Bank received your request letter, then the Bank starts other investment required process
3. The appraisal and assessment process will take 15 to 20 days
4. Minimum and Maximum limit of the investment facility will be decided once your business is appraised by the Bank
